To return an order Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt. Delivery Policy We will dispatch your order by post or courieror personally. Within the UK, you can expect delivery within 7 to 10 working days. International orders may take a little longer. If you order a bespoke item , please ring for a quotation for areas outside UK Mainland. All Product orders to mainland UK whatever the size of product or however many products you buy delivery (which includes postage, packaging materials and order processing costs) is only 45 for orders up to the value of £499; above £499 delivery costs are free (includes postage, packaging materials and order processing costs). For the Highlands and Islands, the cost is £55 for all orders . Please contact us for a quote for all Ireland and international orders delivery and packaging costs. Delivery on wholesale purchase orders for UK Mainland is £20 per item and includes costs of delivery and packaging and order processing. For HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS, IRELAND AND EXPORT DESTINATIONS please contact us for delivery costs.
